1. General Terms

At VipoFeel, we aim to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

2. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • unused and in its original condition;

  • in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact;

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase;

  • not listed under non-returnable items (see Section 7).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • or incorrect (you received the wrong item).
