1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

- Express Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times outside domestic regions may vary and can be affected by customs procedures in your country.

6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
